Planning a night at Fitzroy St Theatre with a group? We make it easy to book together, with every 10th ticket free and dedicated group booking options for parties of 11 or more.
How to Book Your Group
Start by visiting the **Fitzroy St Theatre homepage** and choose the Main Stage performance your group would like to attend.
Once you’ve selected your show:
Groups of 10 or fewer: Simply book through the show’s regular ticket booking process. Our Every 10th Ticket Free offer is applied automatically, so when you purchase 10 tickets, one of those tickets is free.
Groups of 11 or more: Select the Groups tab on the show’s booking page to access our dedicated Group Booking options, including special group pricing and the ability to reserve seats and pay later by invoice.
Group Bookings for 11–50 People: Our dedicated Group Booking system is available for groups of 11–50 people and provides access to our lowest available group prices across Premium, A Reserve and B Reserve seating, subject to availability. Booking fees and conditions apply.
Buy Now or Place Your Seats on Hold
Through the Groups tab, you can:
– Book between 11 and 50 tickets in a single group booking.
– Purchase your tickets immediately using our usual payment methods.
– Place available seats on hold and choose to pay later by invoice.
If you select invoice payment, your invoice will be generated automatically and payment will be due within seven days.
Please ensure payment is made promptly, as unpaid seats may be released after seven days, or earlier during periods of high demand. If we need to release your seats early, we will contact you beforehand. Once seats are released, the invoice will be cancelled and the reservation will no longer be active.
Seat holds and invoice payments are only available through the Groups booking process.
Need More Than 50 Tickets?
For groups of more than 50 people, please contact the Fitzroy St Theatre team and we’ll be happy to help arrange your booking.
And remember, every 10th ticket is free, no matter how large your group!
Booking Larger Groups
Our booking system initially uses Quick Selection, which searches for enough available seats together in the same row.
When booking larger groups—often more than 15 people, although this can vary—the system may display “none available” even when seats are still available elsewhere in the theatre.
If this happens, simply change the seat-selection option from Quick Selection to Free Select. You can then select available seats across multiple rows to accommodate your group.

Our Group Bonus makes bringing friends, family, colleagues or community groups to Fitzroy St Theatre even better.
For every 10 tickets purchased, one of those tickets is free.
There’s no promo code required—the Group Bonus is applied automatically as part of your booking.

11+ tickets? Choose your show from the Fitzroy St Theatre homepage and select the Groups tab to access dedicated group booking options.
